Partners
Built with, not sold to
The Summit is put together by organisations that contribute something to the argument: expertise, data, reach, or the money that makes three days in Antalya possible. Every one of them is named here.
Convened by
Low Season Traveller and Routes
The Summit isn’t owned by an agency or a publisher. It’s convened by the organisation that has been arguing the low season case since 2018, together with the network that connects airlines, airports and destinations.

Strategic partners
Organisations that shape the programme
Strategic partners aren’t sponsors. They contribute expertise, data, reach or research rather than budget, and their involvement changes what happens on stage. These five have worked with us across recent editions.

Rimini 2026
ICRT Global
The International Centre for Responsible Tourism network. Chair Debbie Hindle spoke at Rimini, and ICRT keeps the responsible tourism argument inside the programme rather than alongside it.

Seville 2025 · Rimini 2026
Snapsight
AI Event Partner across two editions, turning what is said on stage into usable output while the Summit is still running. The record of the room, captured as it happens.

Rimini 2026
The Data Appeal Company
Destination data and sentiment analysis, part of the Almawave Group. Emilio José Inés Villar spoke at Rimini. Knowledge partners supply the evidence sessions are built on.

Rimini 2026
ETOA
The European Tourism Association, representing the operators and suppliers who move visitors around Europe. CEO Tom Jenkins has spoken at two editions and on the podcast.

Rimini 2026
Tourism 365
Year-round destination development. Ivana Kolar joined the programme in Rimini, bringing the operator's view of what it takes to keep a destination open beyond the peak.
Partners for 2027
We’ll announce strategic partners for Antalya in due course. If your organisation works on seasonality and would bring something the programme doesn’t already have, we’d like to hear from you.

Who has partnered before
Category exclusivity has been the pattern from the start. At the first Summit in Bahrain, SEA Milan Airports took the airport category and Milano and Partners took the destination category. Hermes Airports was Exclusive Airport Partner in Rimini, with Maria Kouroupi and Panicos Tsolias both on the programme. That’s the shape a good partnership takes: a category owned outright, and people on stage with something to say.

What you are actually buying
Not a logo on a banner. A room of 200 to 250 delegates from every part of the travel value chain, spending three days on a problem your organisation is already trying to solve.
The right room, not the biggest one
Tourism authorities, hotels and resorts, airlines, airports, cruise lines, ports, operators, data and policy. Curated rather than filled, and senior enough that conversations turn into decisions.
A place in the argument
Where a partner has something genuinely useful to say, we find the session where it belongs. Stage time is earned editorially, which is precisely why senior people come and listen.
Twelve months, not three days
Visibility runs across the site, the newsletter, the Balancing Tourism podcast, the venue and the State of Tourism Seasonality report, which is read long after the Summit closes.
Category exclusivity
The Principal Partner owns their category outright. No competitor appears beside them in any material, on any stage, for the entire edition.
Start the conversation
Ged Brownhandles partnership conversations himself, not a sales team. The first one is about what you’re trying to achieve, and whether this is the right room for it.
